Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within the Philippines

We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines.

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Luzon: 2–5 business days
Visayas: 3–7 business days
Mindanao: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or notification containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package until delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

GRAMS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be required to pay the shipping fee again before the order can be reshipped.
